eDiets is the largest online diet plan provider in the world, offering over 20 plans for users to choose from. Their "your diet, your way" approach is flexible and it's refreshing to s ee a wide choice of plan types.
Prices for eDiets online programs varies, but in general run from $3 – $4/week. This grants users access to a wide mix of interactive planners, robust meal planning guides, det ailed "print n' go" shopping lists (one of our favorite features), interactive trainer and tracking program (kind of like Wii Fit — only better).
