The following list of foods are rated as high glycemic index
foods. These
are the foods you want to avoid or consume in smaller
irregular quantities. Some of the foods here may be surprising to you -
including some of the fruits and vegetables.
GI values for reference:

Low GI = 55 or less

Medium GI = 56-69

High GI = 70 or higher
