Good news – we've just finished adding addition foods and sections to our Glycemic Index Food List!
The new list includes additions and updates to the following areas:
- Updated glycemic index of bread section (and it's own detail page) – including white Wonder Bread (In the words of Wil Ferrell - "If you're not first – you're last.")
- An improved and updated glycemic index of hamburger and meats
- Corrections on numerous GI scores
- Additions to the cereal sections
- Minor tweaks, corrections, updated photos
We're still working on expanding some food areas, specifically meats and chicken — including full entres and realistic meal combo's.
As always, comments are welcome and the community of GI followers are eager to help — so suggest your foods that you would like to see if you see something missing!
